It's been quite a while since our last best of the week, this has been for a number of reasons but primarily not having enough time, so apologies for the lack of consistency. As ever there's been a plethora of musical gems posted on Soundcloud over the past few weeks, I've picked out a few of my favourites here.
Berlin's Nils Frahm gives us a free album to celebrate his 30th birthday, which can only be a good thing. There's some brilliant tracks on 'Screws', as good as anything on FELT (his last album). Serein's next release by Brambles entitled 'Charcoal' is sounding pretty exciting with an intriguing range of sounds and dynamics.
Both the Fieldhead and Glissando albums on Gizeh Records have struck a chord with us. A track from each of those releases included, do check out the rest of them.
I've cheekily included Landforms from our last release by Wolf Maps in case you missed it. The album is available (as are all our releases) on our Bandcamp - http://futuresequence.bandcamp.com I'd also highlight the Tiny Leaves track, good things coming from him on Futuresequence too.
